U.S. COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA CIRCUIT, HON. THOMAS B. GRIFFITH (RET.) JOINS FEDARB
FedArb is proud to announce that Hon. Thomas B. Griffith (Ret.) has joined its panel. He will be based in Washington, D.C. and serve as a special master, mock trial panelist, mediator and arbitrator. He will specialize in resolving Appellate, Civil Rights, Corporate Investigations, Employment/Labor, Environmental/CERCLA, Healthcare, Insurance/Reinsurance, Oil, Gas, Energy and Water, Product Liability and Telecommunication disputes.
Prior to joining FedArb Judge Griffith served on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for 15 years. He heard hundreds of business/commercial, environmental, energy law cases.
“Judge Griffith is a formidable legal scholar who is adept at assisting parties resolve their legal disputes based on his years of experience and subject matter knowledge,” said Ken Hagen, FedArb’s President & CEO. “He is also well known for working with litigants on both sides. Judge Griffith is a Lecturer at Harvard Law School and has held faculty position at the law schools at Stanford and Brigham Young Universities. He has long been active in rule of law projects in Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Asia and domestically.
