He is widely recognized for his extensive trial experience in diverse forums worldwide and his creative strategies for resolving complex legal disputes for high-profile global clients.
A leader in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Mr. Hansson was instrumental in establishing GE’s Early Case Assessment (ECA) program. This pioneering initiative, subsequently adopted by numerous other corporations, focuses on the early identification of litigation risks to reduce costs and potential liability. By implementing these programs for Fortune 500 clients, he ensures that organizations are positioned for success whether through early resolution or at trial.
Mr. Hansson is a member of the state and federal bars in New York, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia. His admissions also include the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
